I made a veggie shepherd's pie with sweet potato mash for dinner tonight. It's so easy to just cook something simple or throw something in the microwave when you're on your own, but when I have company for dinner it's fun to cook proper food.
My friend Malin and I cooked this while we talked about life, work and love. It's funny how cooking doesn't seem like work when you have a friend in the kitchen.
